At Online Car Stereo we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. Calculating out shipping rates is simple: for all 48 Contiguous United States orders over $49, UPS Ground shipping is free!

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on OnlineCarstereo.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Three Day Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Return Shipping

The cost to return merchandise to OnlineCarStereo.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return.

OnlineCarStereo.com is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with these returns.

Payment Policy

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Paypal with verifiable address, Checks, Money Orders, and International Checkout. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders made payable to OnlineCarStereo.com. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Please, do not send cash. For Paypal payments we require that the Paypal address be confirmed with Paypal. Unlike most other electronics online retailers, we do not charge your credit card until your order ships!

IMPORTANT: For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thank you for your understanding. There is no problem shipping to a different address other than the billing; however this will delay processing time due to verification procedure. Return Policy

**NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR FINANCE ORDERS**

Onlinecarstereo wants to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you feel you need to return your items for exchange or refund you can simply request an RA (return authorization) by logging into your account and emailing us or you can call us at the contact information listed below. The customer is responsible for the return shipping back to us. However we can help with the UPS label cost. You can purchase the label through Onlinecarstereo and get our discounted company rate (which gets deducted from your merchandise credit or refund).

Return Procedure
1. Request RA by email or Call us.(Ask about or discounted label rate)
2. Carefully package the items in a shipping box with the return authorization form and attach the UPS return-shipping label to box.
3. Take the UPS package to any hub station and you are done.
4. Once the package arrives we will notify you within 1-2 business days.

Before requesting for RA:
Return for Exchange or Refund within 60 days Onlinecarstereo can charge a restocking fee or product refusal for any item not in like new condition. Please see examples below:
1. Merchandise must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in good condition (with no rips or writing on the original manufacturer's packaging and documentation) with all originally included accessories to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Used and installed subwoofer enclosures or speaker boxes.
3. Special order products.
4. Any missing parts or original product packaging.
5. Items damaged due to improper packaging.
6. Refusal / Return to Sender packages.
7. Any wires cut or altered in any way.

Speakers and subwoofers that have been abused or misused are ineligible for warranty replacement. Abuse and misuse as defined by OnlineCarStereo.com includes but is not limited to:
• Blown Woofers, Burnt or blackened voice coils
• Melted adhesives
• Coils lacking continuity or separated from the former
• Punctured or damaged surrounds
• Bent, chipped or broken frames
• Worn or Broken terminals, Damaged back plates.
• Frayed or disconnected wires, Ripped spiders
• Speakers and subwoofers that have been abused or misused and are considered out of warranty will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Return after 60 days is not eligible for refund.
Customer pays shipping cost both ways; we can help with the shipping cost. You can purchase the label through Onlinecarstereo and get our discounted company rate. Please keep in mind the label costs will need to be paid beforehand and will be emailed to you directly. .

Testing fees:
Returned equipment is tested. Please have your equipment inspected prior to sending anything back.

Return for Warranty
Most items have a one year warranty. Details on product warranty can be found under each product under warranty.

Expenses Non-Refundable:
Some returns services are not refundable such as shipping fee, custom and duties for Canadian orders. Installations services are not eligible for refund.

Credit
Returns for refund or exchange we will issue OCS credit or refund applied back onto original form of payment. Depending on your bank it can take up to 3 – 5 business days to appear back into your account.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by OnlineCarStereo.com are warranted by the manufacturer or OnlineCarStereo.com. The warranty description at the end of the product features on each product page will define the type of warranty offered.

Manufacturer Warranty Policy. Products for which OnlineCarStereo.com is an authorized dealer are sold with a manufacturer's warranty (usually 1 year) as described by the manufacturer's warranty card included with all new products. If these items are found to be defective, they may be returned to OnlineCarstereo.com for replacement within 30 days from the original date of purchase with proper return authorization provided by an OnlineCarStereo.com representative. After the 30 day time period, products must be returned to their original manufacturer for the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty period. Warranty details for each product are included on the warranty card provided by their respective manufacturers. The warranty description at the end of the product features on each product page will define the type of warranty offered.

This warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, broken, altered or tampered with.

Notes:
  • If defective product is repaired, it will be returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received.
  • If a store credit must be issued; charges for missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.
  • Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of Onlinecarstereo.com.

What's not covered:
  • Misuse, abuse, defacement, physical damage of any kind, and improper installation / operation.
  • Video and multimedia equipment with damaged or cracked screens.
  • Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused.

Onlinecarstereo.com defines speaker/subwoofer abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.

Submitting items for warranty in any of the above conditions will result in refusal of any associated warranty requests and return shipping will be charged to have item returned at customer's expense.

Onlinecarstereo.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Limited 90 Day Refurbished and Open Box Warranty Policy. OnlineCarStereo.com will honor a 90-Day limited warranty on products labeled as "Refurbished", "Factory Reconditioned", or "Open Box". These products must be returned to OnlineCarStereo.com and not their original manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made through OnlineCarStereo.com customer service by e-mail customerservice@onlinecarstereo.com or by phone 1-310-526-8635.

Speakers and Subwoofers Warranty Policy. Speakers and subwoofers that have been installed by a certified professional and have been found to be defective can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for warranty replacement.

Additional shipping costs may apply and the assessment of such costs is at the sole discretion of OnlineCarStereo.com.

Speakers and subwoofers that have been abused or misused are ineligible for warranty replacement. Abuse and misuse as defined by OnlineCarStereo.com includes but is not limited to:

Dead on Arrival (DoA) Claims. Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims. Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.

Return Shipping. The cost to return merchandise to OnlineCarStereo.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return. OnlineCarStereo.com is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with these returns.

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and OnlineCarStereo.com has received final confirmation of payment.

Manufacturer Relationship. You can tell if OnlineCarStereo.com is an Authorized Dealer for any product by looking for the green "Authorized Internet Retailer" label above the price on a product page.
