Very noticable gains, especially in the high ends! ALso has a bit more bass then the stock 6.5 speakers!
I'm impreesed Kenwood! Great speaker for the money. Be sure not to exceed the 50 watt RMS. Highs, Gains, and Bass good for 6.5 component. Running Alpine MRP-T220 @4 ohms. Sounds great. I highly reccomend. Paid $150 @Best Buy. Will buy again.
Great value, highs are real clean. Mids are better than stock but polypropylene cones arent the best if ur looking for lows in a speaker.. Very loud and they're small mounting depth is a big plus if your driving an import or limited on space.
These speakers are awesome. I got rid of 4 kenwood 4in 2 way and 2 kenwood 61/2 2-way, and a v12 alpine 4 ch amp. I am running these on an old kenwood kac746 amp with kenwood 3way 6x9s. It not only sounds better, but it sounds like i added an amp rather than removed one. I just thught i was gonna make my system cleaner and get rid of the excess speakers. I wasnt expecting it to get louder. Very good highs and rich mid bass. Completes my entire system!!.
These wont let you down, They sound like the group are in your vehicle, the highs and mids are incredible, I never thought much of Kendwood products, I am an Alpine/JL fan, But I said to myself what the heck, I'll make a switch and test this product.
Awsome speakers! SQ is CRYSTAL clear. Running them w/ Alpine Amp @ 4ohms. Well worth the cost!
