i replaced my factory speakers with these premiers and what a difference. I dont hav a amplifer pushing them just my pioneer 770mp head unit.they r only being pushed to 22 rms watts but wow before with my factory speakers my kicker vr subwoofer would drown my mids and highs but now it over powers the subwoofer.overall i think these are great speakers they r clean and the price is right,if you are looking for 6 1\2's i would highly recomend these speakers
I replaced my factory speakers with infinity reference 6020i's and they were ok but the highs and lows weren't that good. Now after i put the TP-D601P's, everything sounds so much more clear and the highs and lows are way better. There's plenty of bass now to and i only have it powered by my headunit. I recommend these speakers for the price!
The TS-D601P Pioneer sound clear with slight distortion untill i installed PRS-4100F-Ice Premier amp. Then they were clear even at peak range. The Head Unit is an Premier DEH-60IB.P.S. they are also very compatible with certain mitsubishi hard to replace door speaks.
Insalled in my Ranger. I cannot beleve that they sound so full. Good bass, mids, and highs. No flat spots. I doubt you can beat the sound from these without spending hundreds of dollars.
My first pair of custom speakers, and I must say I am blown away by the amazing quality for this low price! Most of my music has deep bass so I was looking for speakers that would handle and sound good for that, and sure enough they can handle everything I throw at it (but not my torn doorlining, so I my door rattles at the basshits :S) I honestly can't see myself paying upwards 200 bucks for speakers when I already have such high quality speakers like these in my ride!
