I've had this changer for several years and love it. It has been a great addition to my system, and fairly easy to use. The nice part about it is that it's usable with a factory radio.

It does install easy, sounds fine...but otherwise it isn't so hot. It will fail you in about six months so buy something else besides Pioneer, or just shuffle in one cd at a time and save your money.

I've had 4 units now - they are great while they last. Unfortunately, after about 1 year, each of the units have failed in the random play mode. They begin to erradically skip. I've tried both the -1287 and -1289 units. to No avail.
