  • i've had this head set for about 4 months and i'd say it's ok. For an entry level HU it has alot of features. The instructions were crap, they didn't show anything. But luckily the HU is easy to figure out. It only has one set of pre-amp RCAs so unless you have an amp with pre-outs plan on only having one amp. The display is good, bright and readable, yet in the day it tends to glare alot. I loove to burn MP3's so the fact that this HU has MP3 is cool, especialy for the price. Layout of the HU is good buttons are easy to use. I gave it a 7 over-all because i'm used to alot better quality HU, I had a Panasonic 8901U that got stolen, so alas I had to get a cheap HU. But as I said for the price here it is an awsome value! If your looking for an entry level HU this would be a great choice, although you might want to look for an HU with at least 2 RCAs if you plan on adding anything of a system other than a sub or a set of amped 6x9s. Overall i'd choose this HU agian if I was in the same situation agian.
