I had this unit installed about a month ago. Valor was recommededtoo me mostly on price, and I have too say that it lives up to what I heard so far. There are many units a lot higher than this that do the same thing, and this one actually COMES with the ipod plug! For something so easy to bundle with the unit, no one does it. It's not overly abundant on features, just really the basic stuff, but the video, whether from the ipod or dvd is excellent. The only annoying thing is that to watch the ipod video, u have to find it using the click wheel instead of the head unit. Not a big deal, but everything should be available directly from the head unit. Solid buy!
I was a little afraid of buying a tv for my car with a price tag that looked to good to be true, but i gave this product a chance and honestly love it, it looks great, sounds great, and adds alot of character to my car for an awesome price. dont be fooled into thinking that you need to spend $1000 on a dvd player to get something good, this is a great buy for anyone! lots of people look at this deck and think i spent a ton of money on it, they absolutely flip when i tell them the price and they see the quality of the unit!
Excellent multimedia flip screen.. I have it in my 2001 toyota celica show car..and for the money you can't beat it.sells for over 600 at local stereo shops..very easy to use with all the features you could ask for right at the touch of the screen... I would recommend over any dual, jensen, or other cheapy brand flip screens..overall i give it a 10
Best flipout other than Pioneer or Clarion. Better than any Jensen, Nesa, Dual, Pyle, or Boss. Retails for $500. Paid only $370 for mine. Comes with Ipod adapter and everything you need. Only downside is non-detachable face and maybe a stronger amp. Just purchase a amp for your highs also.
This is a very nice multimedia player. It has all the features of the more expensive brands. It also has a very good price. The only bad thing about the system is that every now and then the system will play the wrong song on the ipod setting but its easily fixed by going back and clicking the song again. Very nice system. Great buy.
i love the head unit its a steal, it has all the highest functions than a real expensive one, its a really good player and dvd, go for it, but i really wish it had better equilizer functions and displays..
