I've had the unit for 6 months and it has been wonderful. An excellent deal for the money, until the sound went out. BOSS technical support said they thought the FM transmitter has gone out. They requested I return it for warranty work with about a 3 week turn around. I also get to pay shipping to them and have to include a money order for them to ship it back. Keep in mind I've only had the unit for 6 months. Anyway, we'll see how the return process goes before I declare this a complete bust.
