I bought my car radio three years ago brand new in the box for $220.00USD. Never have a single problem, probably a reset twice in three years. I bought the bluetooth attachment two years ago, it works fine, but I haven't been able to sync the phone book with the radio, but I only care about been able to receive and make phone calls. I'm buying the navi in a couple of days as my xmas gift. I will 100%recomend this product.
