STAMPED STEEL BASKET, MULTICONNECT LUG LOCK TERMINALS: These Audiobahn subwoofers feature Stamped Steel Baskets. The thickness and curvature of the 3-dimensional flames have been computer-modeled to better prevent resonance and vibration during operation. In addition, the multi-connect terminals allow for single wire connections in each terminal rather than combining multiple wires into one terminal.

CONE & SURROUND: This woofer features a KM3 coated, nonpressed paper cone, which is lightweight and efficient for a true-to-life sound, hence the name “Natural Sound.” The J-type narrow foam surround gives the woofer more cone surface area, more efficiency and the ability to reproduce a wider range of audio frequencies.

i bought this sub and put it in my single cab s10 behind my seat. it had a 400 watt amp and this thing really bangs. my parents say they can heard the bass form our driveway. anyway this is a great sub for the money it will rattle my rear view as well as both of my side view mirros!! it took me about a week of softer bass to break it in, dont really know if you need to or not but i did and it sounds great!

 

The only subs i will use from now on are Audiobahns

they go hard these thing pound in a seal box go for the money i have a audiobahn 2200hcx on them ran in 2ohm 400watts to each sub not bridge and you can hear me coming i have tens not 12

I bought two 10" Audiobahn Subwoofers for my Trans AM and they are awesome. I have to turn the sub level down on my Pioneer In-Dash DVD Player because it makes my ears ring if I leave it up from so much bass. They are in a sealed box. The amp is a Kicker kx 400.2 it is bridged pusing 400 RMS Power on 4 Ohm.
