This is the best thing to have if you have a second din. a lot of people ask me if i have two cd players. Anyways, fine tune your music any way you want with this thing. AMAZING.
Works great, have had it in my truck for several years.
The deq7600 is OK, not the best by far,INnstead of sound styles like concert hall, studio, dance hall, they should of added more inportant features.like a better disply,I think over all allright.
this is the best equment i have pus in my 96 nissan 200sx. it really brings out the sound in any car
this is the best ever!! i, too, get a lot of people asking me if i have 2 decks. this eq is amazing when it comes to fine tuning your sound. i love the features, but i have to say...this isn't perfect. it's really great, but 2 things i with they would change is the look (i wish it was more modern like the new pioneer decks) and i wish it had high voltage pre-outs. other than those 2, this is REALLY REALLY great, worth every penny!
I have had this unit in two of my vehicles in the past and I'm gonna use it again. Pioneer has had this model out since 2001 and it can still compete with a lot of today's EQ's. Only thing I would change is the pre outs they need more voltage, like 5 or 6 volts. Other than that it is worth every penny.
this is one of the best eq i ever use, i have it with all around premier speakers (2 set 6.5 and 1 pair 6.9), amp, and mp3 player. it is the best sound ever. it be better if it was detachable face.
This is a good eq. Aside from the outdated look I love it. Makes my interiors crisp and on point and my bass clean and hard, pause, lol . Definitely worth the money.
I take back my last review. After letting my system bump hard for a day the rca's started to product engine noise. This has happened to all the Pioneer units i've owned in the past. The 2V rca outputs are very sensitive. I always used the kicker kq9 in the past, and i should have stuck to what i know, but i wanted a digital diplay. Still not a bad unit if you plan on install sound that you can listen to at a comfortable level but if you plan on going hard I wouldn't recommend this eq.
Danny, check your cables and your head unit. Mine was just fine in my jeep and I hit high 140's and low 150's in competitions and played hard all day long on the street. Maybe you got a bad one, who knows. Hope it works out for you.
Pioneer is the best well they car tv are i have had jvc, kenwood tv but something about pioneer just seem to be louder i got the pioneer avh-p4900 with this eq4 6x9 4 tweeter 4 12 old school rockford punch xlc and a planet audio 2250 in a 83 olds 98 4 door sedan.crashin the street on indy.
i live in canada bought the deq and it was the best thing for my music got mtx tc4004 and mtx tc4001 with ah stinger kit man that thing sounds awesome
This is my second eq. I have it hooked up to a Pioneer DEH P6000UB, with a 6 disc changer, in my 2000 Civic. Looks good in my dash. It takes some getting used too again. But i like these eq. I have had no problems at all with it.
It is a wel known fact about this eq that when played on systems that play at a very loud level, the rca jacks on the eq begin to give feed back. It is a small flaw with this eq, something about pioneer products that do that. I've been an installer for more than 10yrs and have had this problem from these eqs since they first came out. THey are an excelent eq and the feed back noise can be fixed, it's costly to do and adds more crap to yur system.
This eq is amazing excellent power to my subs for more bang and crispy clean mods and highs. Spend the extra money my friend I'll bet my money you won't regret!
