Possibly the best in dash cassette player that I have owned. I have been buying, installing, and enjoying my car sounds since early 1981, when I purchased a Clarion system. I soon realised that mixing &, matching was the way to go. Alpine being miles ahead of the rest in style, quality, durability and reliability, most importantly, SOUND QUALITY. SECOND TO MONE. CLARION 80-10 Watt for the front kickboards, Alpine in the front doors, Pioneer, did not really lead the world in sound, but a good pair of Pioneer 120watt for the back doors was fucken perfect, and, believe it or not, I tound the best for the main job, for the rest parcel shelf, if you could find them, were, by far and away 150wstt audiosonic box speakers. Blew all others away! The Alpine 7574E is superbly brilliant with a crisp, but rocking, clarity of sound which will have you hearing instruments, and SFX you never knew were a part of your favourite music!
