these are def. one of the best tweeters on the market, and a great price too

These tweeters are in the back pillars of my 03' Sierra. I have a pair of Kenwood Exceleon 1" Tweeters in my front doors and these JL Tweeters outperform them in every aspect. I flush mounted these tweeters and they look great, and the sound quality is phenomenal. These XR series tweeters are basically the same design as the brand new ZR series tweeters, just proving that they can't even really be improved any more than they already are. You don't need to spend all that extra cash for German brands like MB Quart or Focal either - because these JL Tweeters are also handmade in Germany, and the sound quality is just as good as MB Quart and Focal Tweeters. I'll be enjoying these tweeters for however long I own my truck - If I don't go deaf first.

Replaced TSX oem Tweeters with these beauties. The sound is more crisp at higher volumes along with great clarity. This is a must BUY. JL Audio - the simply best German made tweeters out there !!!
