Incredable sound for the money. A local stereo shop bad mouthed JL when I went in for suggestions for rear fill and to their suprise they couldn't believe their ears. They where impressed with the definition and image these babies have. Put on some music with male vocals like Luther Vandross and just sit back and get carried away by the clarity. They sound like a 3 way comp set. I have my HPF set to 50hz and I'm feeding them 125wrms and they love it! Very good SQ so they get a perfect rating.
Mounted behind factory grills-clarity+plenty of head room.Vocals are clean&pure with crystal highs.What more could you want? The best I ever heard.(well I used to be able to hear)!
Probably the best for its price for everything but hip hop (still sounds good but there are many better). That's why alot of guys don't prefer JL, that's mostly what they listen to. Definately give them at least 100w clean power to get a their potential!
i wasn't very happy when i got them installed, but about two weeks later they got broken in and sound great on rock and rap. the tweeters are flawless.
I've had these for about 6 months ish, and these speakers sound amazing. I'm giving these 110 watts rms and the sound is so clean and clear. Overall it's a great speaker at a great price and if your even thinking about buying them, BUY THEM!!!!
i own the 570 cxi and csi models have had them in my 07 f150 crewcab for about 6 months driving them with 104w rms after a month 3 of the 4 tweets fried in the speakers not very happy with them they definitly sounded better then stock while they lasted but the tweets arent very durable. but i only gave 170 for the csi's and 140 for the cxi's.
