  • It is a good, quality sound with excellent control. I use this amp for mid bass, and it out performs an MTX421D. It is by far the most flexible mono bass amplifier I've ever worked with. If you can find it for a reasonable price, you won't be disappointed.

  • somewhat difficult to set up. best used with a 2 ohm load, not very powerful with a 4 ohm load. also, using an alpine receiver makes things much easier to tinker with. it now pushes 2-4 ohm 10" mtx subs with no problem. barely gets warm and it hits hard. just make sure to use it with a 2 ohm load. also a little pricey in some retail stores compared to the online stores.
