  • Awesome, Awesome Stereo!!! This thing does so many cool things that you just have to get one for yourself and try it out. Great top of the line stereo for the price from Alpine.

  • Ok, Love the 512 color choices with this model. High end unit for the $$$, BUT: Why did you add all the advanced features, but take away the most simple ones. THIS UNIT HAS NO BASS OR TREBLE CONTROLS! Just a suggestion: I would love it if the upper small display that reads "MP3" could have also displayed the clock if wanted. This way I could have my MP3's Titles scroll across on the lower/larger display, and still know what time it is without pushes the title button to clock, then back to scroll... Makes the scroll feature less important to a guy who neds to watch the time. This is a nice feature to let go to waste... Otherwise, great unit. But I think Bass and Treble should be automatic. It's easy to hear how different songs sound in your car. Like Def Leppard vs. Nelly. You would probably want to turn the bass up a notch on the 80's rock. Well with this unit, you will only have the option of about 8 pre selected EQ settings, or you can take the time to adjust the time shift/base focus/cross over settings/frequencies cutoffs and all the advanced features it allows. Just hope your song isnt over by the time you get it al adjusted. Now, I do like the pre-set eq settings built in. It just needs the B&T. Lets not erase the simple tone controls we have all grown to know and love.

  • Great stereo, but where are the Bass and Treble controls? Clock should be a static display so it's always there, otherwise, great deck, awesome power, great features.

  • This HU is simply the bomb! I can't believe the price on this thing... it should be much higher. The iPersonalize feature is nice because you can go online and get the settings that you want and load them on to your head unit... I'll definitely get another Alpine HU (if I'll ever need one again).

  • This head unit is probably the best one for the money. The features are hard to use but once you get the hang of it you'll find you can change almost everything when it comes to sound. There isn't anything that says treble or bass, but its there. Its under users settings. its got 4 different things. If you read the manual you'd know that.
