this amp sounds good but there is no way this amp is 1200wattsRMS it must be 1200max and 600RMS and in 2 weeks it blow up
I am not sure how the other guy installed this particular amp, but at 1 ohm it rocks... I installed everything MA audio in my car and the sound quality is awesome.
For the money the amp from MA Audio is great. I have it bumpin' 2 10" Kicker L7 DVC 4 OHM subs down to 1 OHM. I had upgraded from a Boss 800 x 2 channel amp that was at 2 OHM stereo, and let me tell you this amp rocks way better than Boss. Thanks to Cool Image Car Audio in NC! Great job Gary and Justin!
I Have this amp running a 10'' audiobahn pro compression sub. And it hits really hard and great sound quality for the money. I didnt have this amp long. I upgraded to a jl 500/1 but i didnt think it performed all that much better but i think it was because its not stable at 1 ohm but sound quality is beat it. I recommend this amp. I would not take that shane guys review into consideration because according to him his amp blowed up. And also dont buy the audiobahn pro compression sub because i only hit hard at one frequency around 40hz
I recently purchased two of these amplifiers and they are each powered 2 MA Audio 1200XLs. Please listen to me, I had JL Audio in my car prior to this and I was skeptical about MA but when i finished my installation I cannot tell you how unbeleivable this product is. Please please do yourself the favor of at least trying MA.
I ran two of these in a 2002 Jetta with Diamond DVC 12s. I SHREDDED those speakers with these amps, unbeleivable power. No kidding, separated the voice coil from the baskets on those Diamond 12s. Get strong speakers if you run these amps!
i have two of these amps runnin 2 kicker cvx 12's it hitts insanly hard. i would recommand this amp to anyone for the price you cant beat it. shane who posted on this amps before is right it isnt 1200 rms it put out 900 rms and 1800 peek cuz if you add up the rateings on the fuses and multiply by 10 you get the true power it will put out. in this case 30 amp fuses x10=900
I have this and a ma1500xl in my es300 in a 6 cu ported box in my es300. They were basically made for eachother. I have been a fan of ma for a long time. I swear no one else can sound so good and the next second so loud, great response for those who feel bad about just having ghetto bass.
This amp is insane... i have it pushing 2 MA audio 15" 150XEs. I dont even have it turned up half way and it pushes the 15's to the point were i can bearly sit in my extened cab s10 pickup. If i was to be in the market again, I would buy this amp 100 times over.
Great amp. I had never used anything other then kicker so I was very sceptical of buying this amp. In the end it pushed the 2 cvr 10's with tons of gain to spare. For the price and the quality this amp is great.

Great amp. Running with 2 MA100XL at 1.1 ohms and it has been poundin my car for over a year. I can run it full gain and bass boost for hours and it doesnt even break a sweat.
I ran this amp for about 6 months before upgrading to the JL 500.1 and i have to say that while the JL is better in all aspects i really did like this amp. I has good SQ and will rock your subs pretty well i had it wired to two JL 12W3's and it made them thump. for the price i would say that it is a steal. I'm not biased towards any one brand just towards quality. and for the price this amp has it. for a budget system or a daily driven car this amp will give you all you need its easy to tune and hook up. i've posted a couple other reviews today from products i purchased or installed a couple months ago and figured i should do this one to. hope it helps.
i have two of these amps running 2 cvr 15's at one ohm in a built to spec sealed enclosure, they slam out for being little guys, i recommend these amps to anyone who cant afford the 1800 watt digital, ma's doing it up right with the hard kore series amps.
I've had this amp for about 2 years(bought it refurbished)And ran two Cove audio 12" subs 800 rms x2. It obviously can't handle both of those at higher volumes,but it never overheated even running in my trunk all summeres with 3 built in 30amp fuses and makes my subs hit very hard. Overall,A very good amp. Definitely puts out the power they say it does!
