These speakers are very clean and bright. I also have the 6.0 perfect componets in my truck and if I had to do it again I would save the $$ and put two pairs in. Sound better than my friends mbQuarts. Nobody will be dissapointed.
Great components. I have these 5 1/4 in the front of my 94 camaro. I paired them with 6 1/2 Kappas full range in the back, with a Kewood amp and dash. Its amazing how clean the sound is when i blast them, and i mean BLAST them LOuD!! Order in Online Car Stereo and save lots of money, i use to be a Crutchfield guy. The only down side is that your friends are going to prefer to go out in your car rather than theirs. Oh and you need a sub to fill in the lows. i got a 12" Kappa Perfect 12d VQ in a ported box. Yes im an Infinity guy now...goodbye Kenwood speakers.
Sweet Sweet Sweet!!! that is all you need to know! I have these up front and the kappa 6x9 3-ways in the back of my 2001 Alero with a 12" Infinity DQV sub and i couldn't be more satisfied! The highs on these will hurt your ears its so clear and loud! give them at least rms if not more and you will jump for joy they sound so good! a little pricey but worth every penny. just make sure you do remember to give them the power! bass is punchy and low enough to feel from the 5" 1/4 woofer!
This is a killer speaker! Pound them with as much power as you want and they scream for more. I have them powered by a Rockford Fosgate punch 450.4. Give them at least RMS. The only thing I would say bad is the cross overs are a little big but I made them work (just left the front cover off). All you really need to know is Infinity is the best!!!!
i have this component system and the kappa 6x9s in my dodge truck on a rockford fosgate t 600.4. they sound good but i cant give them much power. we also did away with the crossovers and built our own.their ok if you dont want to seriously want to jamm like me. im going back to pioneer premiers to get a more natural bass sound and more power flexibility
