I am a pretty serious car audio enthusaist and i have heard some impressive setups but i am pushing 2 12's with this crunch and i impress people with $1000 amps. i found mine on sale at an electronics store for $60!!!! but even here for $130 is a legit price. i used to have my subs bridged for 1000w total max power and i ran it for hours withough over heating, i switched to running it stereo at 500w max power per channel and it sounded just as good, if anything i need better subs to keep up with this amp, i have 2 $250 subs that max out before this amp does. if you want to have a cheaper system in your car with cheaper subs (less than $350)then you will be very satisfied, but if you have alot of oney to spend and you have nice subs (more than $500) then you should probably get a nicer amp like a JL Audio 1000/1 (then best sub amp in my opinion) but if you are on a budget then your system will bump with this amp, like i said, ive overpowered many people with my system.
Excellent product. I have this pushing 2 12" and it works wonderfully, i highly reccomend this amp to anyone on a budget.
I'm impressed!! Picked up this bad boy for $80 at a local electronics store after buying 2 Infintity Kappa Perfects 10.1. I was pushing them with a Alpine mrd 301 and they sounded pretty good but wasn't getting enough power. This amp supplies plenty of power but I can't honestly say I'm getting 1000 watts but probably around 6-700. the fuse rating is (2) 30 amp. After hooking it up I took a 2 hour cruise around Atlanta to see how fast it gets hot and shut down but it never did. The warmer the amp got, the harder it hit. I wore down before it did. If you have a mortgage; I highly recommend this tough cookie. I will buy again.
i have a rockford fosgate p2 15 in my ranger with this amp and it hits very clean and smooth when i have it up loud i cant see anything in my mirror's and if your standing behind my truck you can see my window moving. i got it for 80 dollers at fry's and i was worried about it being cheep because my other one was $300 but it sounds alot better and is very good well woth the money the only thing i dont like is there is no bass knob but its not a big deal
This amp is powering two of my audiobahn 12s AW1251T 400watts(rms)but the amp has 500watt(rms) and knocks my subs just the right way at 1ooowatts peakpower. if u want the BIG bang for the buck i would recomend this wonderful CRUNCH amp!!!!!!!
I have this thing bumping two Rockford Fosagates P1 10"'s and man its off the hook highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good amp.
First of all, if you use this amp for only one sub, your a sissy. I tried it with a 450 watt pioneer sub, and this amp ate that sub up in a week. this things a monster! Highly recomend if your getting two 12" subs: you'll never have to worry about nobody hearing you.
For the price, this amp hits real hard. I have it bridged on a single 12" insignia sub and it bangs, highly recommended for someone that doesnt want to spend alot of money but wants to knock.
I've had this cheap-o amp for almost 3 years now, and i'm powering three MTX 10's that are all bridged together, and i haven't had a single problem with it. i love it. i abuse the crap out of it, and it just sucks it up and comes back for more! well worth the price!
WOW. I use this amp and 2 MTX Thunder 4500 12" subs. This is my first system so i was kinda new to buying this type of stuff. But its in a single cab truck in a truck box. Two days after it was all hooked up, got a ticket, cop said he could hear it from over 1000 feet away
igot this amp with 2 12" hifonics brutus amps and for the price this amp slaps highly recomend this amp
this amp thumps i had a sony 600 watt before and all i have to say is wow so much better
