  • Installed in on 98 Nissan Pathfinder LE, technician has problem with identifying old Bose wires, then dealing with Bose preinstalled amplifier. Fortunately, it was possible to use Kenwood amplifier (amp on)option. So receiver is connected through Bose amplifier to the old Bose speakers. Feature that I like most of all - it reads 2GB USB flash drive (using scan command plays all MP3 files stored in different folders, copied from a PC using just Windows explorer). Good sound. The only thing that I couldn't do yet is reseting the FM radio offset (in USA it is 131.1, 131.3 etc - requested 131.0, 131.1, 131.2 etc).

  • I have this unit in my truck. I bought this reciecer because of the usb capability. I have hooked up a 120 gig external hard drive loaded with over a 100 cds on it and now I dont have any cds in my truck. I love the easey way I can play my music and the sound is just great. The only drawback is that it takes a while for the unit to power up the usb driven hard drive. If you want another alternative to losten to music not using some mp3 player this is the way to go. I'm cd free at last.

  • Great product. Very resourceful unit with many good features. The built-in EQ is great for tuning the sub that I have in my truck. GREAT improvement over the 5 year-old Kenwood I had before.
