this amp has power but i think the 3000watt is better both r good they push my 3 jl audio 15s hard and this website sell their amps cheaper than anyone around for now on i will buy all my audio needs from here thats a promise
Guys CR4000.1 is awsome let me tell you something you well not find an amp making 1800 watts rms @ 4 ohms for 250$ i look and you wont these amp makes clean and crystal clear bass no distortion not @4 ohms not @ 2 ohms or @ 1 ohm I try other amps to reach 2000 rms power @ 1 or 2 ohms and it hit nothing but noise thats not cool but these thing rocks trust you want an amp get these one or the visonic 4000watts they are the best for the money good product i seen hert over 500 difrent brands and looks of amps and i choose this one and the visonick4000.
I have one of these on my hifonics goliath(6400w) this amp is insane. I have ran all day at .5 ohms and it never shut off, it just made the fans on the side turn on. It ran better for my sub at .5ohms than it did at 2ohms. Love it
Very Sweet Amp. At first I thought I'd have to send the amp back. Power protection mode kicked on after 10 minutes of use, and the fans did not come on. This happened 3 more times. Then I put the amp on full and reset it. Its never went into power protection mode since, and the fans kicked on. Sounds really great! Have it powering 2 10 inch 2ohm 800 RMS pioneer premiers) 1600 RMS together. I have it wired at 2 ohm. So the amp is wired for 2300 RMS. On amp the gain is up all the way, the bass boost is up all the way, the Crossover is on full. I have a kenwood reciever. The Sub level on the reciever is at -11. I am using the crossover on the reciever to control hpf lpf.
I have this powering my 2 sony 12" subs at 2 0HMS.Crystal clear sound. I would recrommend it 100% to anyone who needs a nice amp on a budget.5 outta 5 stars
I bought this amp for my (2) power acoustic 12's, 800rms each, and it's pretty good. Theres plenty of power and I love the remote bass knob. I've had it for about 4 months and the only problem I have is that it overheats on a regular basis. So if your gonna crank it I would recomend adding a coule more fans.
This thing is a tank! well worth the money! I was a little hesitant on getting it because it is so cheap. but this thing is nuts!
at 1ohm this amp is powerful, however after 20 minutes it will smell like burning wiring. at 4 ohms the bass is quiet undefined. I wouldnt buy this amp again
I bougt this amp because it was so cheap. You kown if you by cheap amps you get cheap sound. But not this amp I run 3 12s @2.67 ohms. I'am geting 2050 watts of RMS power going to the subs. The cr4000.1 the bass is so crytal clear this amp is insane. I recomend this amp a 100% to anyone who need clean power. PS. I recomend you to upgraded your alternator an battery.
LOve this amp it rocks my 2 12 inch kicker cvrs hard sounds very good in has large amount of power
awsome amp for the price. i have been running it in my avalanche for 9 months now and havent had any problems. it is powering one hifonics 3200w 12" at 1 ohm and it hits harder than any of my freinds, especially those who spent 600$ for 600w amps. if you want the power to shake all the cars around you and dont want to spend a lot of money, you should buy this amp from this website.
I build boxes for a local shop. We ran 2 of these amps on 2 TREO SSX 18s and it sounded horrible. The amp is rated at 2300rms @ 2 ohm which is impossible with the 100 amp fuse SSL suggests. The shop owner was upset because of how bad his setup sounded so I hooked his subs to my amp (MTX TE1501D) running at 2 ohm pushing 1000 watts rms total and it was just as loud and sounded much cleaner. Save your money.
great amp i have these on a pair of 15" db drive plw15d4 and they look like their gonna break the box had to upgrade the amp though with a couple of big computer fans and still need to upgrade the wiring to 0 gauge and a new high output alternator and itll probably be better but overall its great
I had this amp on 4 15s and then 2 15 inch solobaric L7s and this amp have done a great job.
