I have been installing car audio for @ least 10 years and hifonics has always been a favorite amoung all my clients. These subs right here ARE BETTER THAN THE JL AUDIO 13'S. If anyone thinks other wise they are rich enough to pay 640.00 for a sub. I have one in an expedition on a 12oo rms hifonics @ 1ohm. and my guy has two w7 JL tens on a fosgate @ 2ohms. The JL 10s are loud and deep but the cost him more for the those than my two 12s. Note to anybody looking for a good system: stick to matching brands you will be surprised how it makes a difference.

I HAVE ONLY ONE OF THESE AND I HAVE A GENERIC SOUNDSTORM STA135 MONO AMP. THERE WAS A GUY AT THE SHOP DURING MY INSTALL AND HE HAD 2 15" 2000RMS EA SUBS AND MY ONE SOUNDED BETTER AND BANG MORE. GREAT BANGER SUB

Like everyone said in their reviews this sub is first class in every category, but it was a little over priced. I found the same sub at another site for 259.00, free shipping, and a 3 year warranty included , so word of advise shop around before making this investments because its defiantly cheaper some place else.

EVERYONE LISTEN TO ME! I am a bass enthusiast i have had over 20 different systems. I just bought my new chrysler 300 and have been searching to do somthing great with it and honestly these subs are the best. But i have found the perfect amp that seems was made for these subs. The SoundStorm CR5000.1 Or the SoundStorm CR4000.1 .A true match made in heaven. And YOUR NOT EVEN GOING TO BREAK $1000 and you will have a truly award winning system.

this thing is a beast i have it wired down to 1ohm with a bxi1606d amp in a ported box in a saturn and just one of these beat my friends 2 twelve kikcer L7 best system ive ever owned and only 1 sub amazing

I have two Olympus' in a custom vent enclosure in my 2007 impala, powered by two Bxi1608 amplifiers; wired down to one ohm. I have these thing's pushed to the limit's and they really slam, sound quality is excellent, even at high volume level's. Very pleased so far, before these i had two ground pounder's and they didn't last more than a week; so we'll see if these stand up to the punishment. HIGHLY recommend this product if you're lookin' for high SPL or just some really outrageous bass...

Very nice subwoofers. They will give you plenty of power and excellent sound quality. These are the replacement for the Hifonics Goliath subs (they changed the design a little, and the name, but the power is the same). I had two of these in my geo metro in small sealed enclosures, powered by two Brutus 1200W RMS amps. These subs are extremely loud, and have lasted longer than anything else I've had in my car. I had some Pioneer premier subs, and MA audio and their voice coils melted after a while. With the same hifonics amps, the hifonics subs took the punishment and asked for more. Hifonics = indestructible. Really.
