Product Reviews For Infinity Reference 1250w

  • This sub hits hard and sounds very clean athigh volume but does not hit deep enough for my liking. Not the greatest at low volume either. But for 80 bucks it will work just fine.

  • I have an "old school" SoundStream 700 watt 2 way amp. hooked up to two of these in seperate boxes and they thummmp!!! The boxes that I'm using are not ported. From what I've heard, they subs perform better fully enclosed. I highly recommend them!

  • if youre not trying to hit lows and hit them hard these are the subs for you for the price. i had two on a rockford fosgate t600.4 and they blew after about a week and a half. not impressed. although i do have the kappa 5 1/4 component and the kappa 6 x 9s and they sound ok.

  • These subs are good but not great. I have one hooked up to a Visonik 500 watt rms@4ohms amp and a sealed box, it just don't get the lows like I like. It will perform well down to about 43hz but anything under that really don't sound good or loud. Overall though, these would work well for the "girlfriends" ride, but not for a basshead's.

  • For the price of these subs you can't go wrong. I have two of these hooked up to an autobahn amp and these thing hit hard. I have them in a custom made ported box in a 96 Old's LSS. I can drive through the town near me and set off car alarms.

  • I have worked professionally for a while installing and have had just about every sub you can name in my cars at one time. This is hands down the best sub under $150 and will rail out a very wide bandwidth with equal intensity. I have 3 in ported box using 1500 watt groundpounder and it out bumps my 146dB 2 12" L7 setup i used to have , and with best sound quality I've ever had.
