  • i bought this the other day and the wires suck they are supposed to be 4 gauge and the are so thin, and the fuse blew on the positive wire

  • Typical 4GA ..... in insulation NOT wire. That means it's really 8 GA. Dude, your fuse went out because the wire got too much current for it's wimpy gauge. That's a safety issue, which probably means your wire is getting way too hot - which happens when it's too skinny. Put in a real 4 GA!

  • Total waste of money. If it was marked CORRECTLY, as an 8 guage kit, it would be fine. It is NOT a 4 guage kit. The wires are 8 guage wires, wrapped in 4 guage jackets. Buy something else.
