I got this amp cause my old one fried and let me say this, the amp holds up very well just as my old one (BXi1606D). Im pushing two kicker cvx 12 (4ohm) in paralell with a one ohm load. This amp is worth the money and so is the hifonics brand, hifonics and onlinecarstereo is perfect with great customer service and great prices you cant lose here. BUY IT.

I really love this amplifier. I have dealt with many of them on the pair of MTX's I have running at 2 ohms for 985 rated watts with the gain in the right place and they pump like no other. Best bang for my buck and it's been running for me for about 3 solid daily used weeks now. Great amplifier good job Hifonics

I'M GONNA START LOOKIN FOR 2 12' KICKER CVR'S SO I CAN DROP IT DOWN TO A .5OHM LOAD AND SHAKE THE GROUND.. I LOVE THE BASS REMOTE FEATURE.
to anyone looking for an amp... dont look anywhere else only buy hifonics for an amp... if you cant afford it, go the next step down dont worry they way under rated youll still be pushing out way more power than a diff amp.. i have roasted through subs with my hifonics amp i have a 4000watt rms one and let me tell you it will shred subs at one ohm.... look around at all the pros... HIFONICS IS THE ONLY AMP WITH CLEAN POUNDING POWER MUCH MORE WATTS THAN YOU OULD THINK DEATH BASS!!!!
I had a SoundStorm 2500 watts amp hooked up to my two 12' Earthquakes for bout a week, hook this monster up to em and saw a amazing difference in sound. 2500-1600=900 watts. Hifonics is the best. Autotek and Hifonics are the best
This is my first time owning a Hifonics amp and i have to say I'm impressed! The BXI1608D is a monster. I am using this amp with 2 JL Audio 15W4's(old I know) but it pushes them just fine. I used to have a PPI A600.2 on them but it has been some time since I've had them running. I bridged the amp and my subs are hitting just as hard as ever! The built in cross over is pretty good and I like how the amp lights up my whole back seat area. Great amp at a great price!
i left a review on this amp before. i jus went and got it metered and was hittin 145 decimals in a impala which is hard to get sound out of at 2 ohm on this amp with 4 12's hooked up.. i'ma put a 5 farad capasitor on it and put vents in my box and see if i can get up to 148-150.. if that dont work, i'ma gettin new 12's, prolly the mtx 9500
I bought this amp from OCS and it came in 1 day. This amp lights up blue and looks sick in ur trunk. I have this amp runnin at 2 ohms with 2 12" Cerwin Vega Vmax subs and it slaps!!! I got 0 gauge power and ground wires runnin to this amp with a 250 amp fuse at the battery and my lights don't dim with stock electrical. This is a good amp makes my system knock get it.

This is a good quality amp, i have two orion D4's and i dropped it down to one ohm, it hits hard and its not even all the way up! It can handle more but i dont want to blow my subs,the blue light on the amp adds a nice touch.
I bought one of these they are the best but if I ever had to return it to this website they would most likely not back it up and replace it with a new one stay local stay with authorized dealers
Very powerful amp. will put out a very clean 1500 watts at 14v. all the needed adjustments and filters. Price to power ratio is excellent. Very affordable performance amp. if i have an opportunity to tell people what amp i would use it almost always comes to this amp. The sound quality is amazingly clean. cleaner that alot of brands i tested. Cleaner than Kenwood, jenson, pioneer, and kicker! i was very surprised. Worth every penny. don't go cheap. save the extra cash and get one of these. Its a great amp.
I have so far blown 2 mtx 4500 10" subs, and are on to my second set of victims.. 2JL 10w1v4-4's (in a ranger, no space for bigger subs).. this amp has plenty of power...

pretty sick. got it pushin my Fi BL 12 inch and it slams. The second day i had it i was already doing hair tricks to girls at my school. i love it :) check out Fi Audio on youtube. subs are sick as hell. And the amp feeds it very nicely. Love the bass boost feature.
This AMP is great, I have burned out 8 subs with this AMP, accompanied with an Epicenter as extra power, two of the subs caught on fire literally (they were Diesel omega 12"). I just ordered some Pioneer Premier hopefully the can take the load from this AMP. I know under powering the the subs is bad but i have to work with what i have. thank you Online car stereo you guys rock!!! AED
to the guy below if you are burnig out 8 subs you a flipping retard because you spent like 4 times the money buying new subbs rather than save the money like us intelligent people do and get good ones but this amp is nasty

i just bought this amp along with 2 08 12 inch l7s along with a stinger 15 farad capacitor in a vented box, ill see how it all works out and tell u how it goes
I've installed the a few of these and they are great amps,power hungry,but great.As for the slowface with the epic center.Those are used more for restoring bass or adding bass to music that doesn't have any(Led Zepplin,SOAD,Marvin Gaye.etc...)not a bass boost.That might be part of the reason why you're catching subs on fire.
had this amp for a while and it work just fine. I purchase this one from a ebay store and it does have a warranty (sicaudio from colorado) not from hifonics but from the store i bought it from, its extra for it though.never used it long enough for it to over heat bc im running it at 1 ohm and this amp do not have any internal cooling fans so it does get hot. i got it pushing 2 re se15 in a custom 8 cubic feet box with 4 4" port tubes. i still havnt witness the true power of this amp with my subs because once i reach 1/2 of my radio volume everything in my truck start shaking really ,really hard.SO i really never went to much pass the half mark on my radio. the molded power and ground terminals seem a little under size but this isnt my first hifonics amp kinda use to it. clean , solid , and powerfull is how i would best describe this amplifer like the rest of the hifonics amps i own,it is a true value. this amp will suck your battery dry if u dnt have the right hookup this a 140 amp ampifer.Plan on buying another one.
i have this amp hooked up to 2 12" jbl gt120's old i know but there in a sealed box and its loud as **** in my BIMMER its deff the best amp ive ever had it never gets hot on me and i run the subs to it at 2 ohms with a 2 farad soundstorm cap with 4 gauge wire HIFONICS is the best amp for the money in my book very happy with them
