I received my Nav102 and just hooked it up right away without Hiding the cables and puting everything back together just 2 see how it worked. Man was I Bummed, It wouldnt do anything except the red light would light up and thats all. I called tech support right away and he told me 2 do a couple of things then he said i'm gonna be straight up with u, just unhook it and send it back right away because its defecetive, he also said there is no way to install it bad, it only plugs in and the entenna plugs in. so I sent it back asap as of 10/14/10. I am now awaiting on jenson 2 send me a new 1 ASAP, I have been a jenson fanatic since early on. My blue tooth 4 my jenson UV10 works great, and I have also purchased the night vision camera on 10/19/10. One thing, Jenson stands behind their products and will get me one sent out right away as soon as they get the defective one back.
