Product Reviews For Sony XS-GTR1720S

  • 2010 Toyota Corolla LE Definately sound better than the stock sound in the car. Using the speakers with a Sony X-plod deck, and the original vehicle wiring. I would recommend using bi-amping with these speakers because that's what they're designed for! I've bridged the Tweeter and Woofer onto the same audio signal... for now. these speakers leave room for one to bi-amp at a later stage with little modification on the previous installation - just need to run one more audio cable from the door to the amp. I'll definately run the speakers through seperate amplifiers (one for the woofer, and one for the tweeter) to test if there's a significant improvement in the the sound quality. If it's worth it, I'll invest in bi-amping (installing some additional amps) For now, they're not a bad buy if you're planning to just run them right outta the deck.
