Product Reviews For Pioneer AVH-X2600BT

  • Has all the basic necessities you can ever need for a Bluetooth enabled media source unit. The video quality of the dvd player is slightly sub-par but good enough to keep kids entertained. The USB option works well with a memory stick loaded with music and certain formats of video as well built in GPS and HD Radio requires another module but I want looking for either one of those options anyway. The file names of all your music can become difficult to search at times if their tags are incorrect but that's on the end users hands to properly tag their music. Interface is clean and simple, plenty of adjustments for the lower end audiophile.Bottom line is Pioneer hasn't failed me yet in 15 years so I will keep supporting the use of there source units.

  • This is a fair product for the price. Had some trouble getting the Bluetooth to work and can't get it to work with steering wheel controls.

  • This is a very good stereo, easy to use and set up! Great picture quality, however if you are powering other tv's it gets a little grainy! The only thing extra i would like to have seen is a small rotary knob! Great stereo!

  • This is a great product. I like how everything is easy to access. Bluetooth works very well. It also made my factory speakers sound better. I would welcome this product to anyone looking for great quality at a cheap price.

  • This is a great product for the mentioned price, but when it comes to sound quality don't let all the fancy features and display fool you. Quality is good overall for what I would call a "basic" model. I previously had a Kenwood Exceleon kdc-x996 in-dash receiver and while it was a performance series product the sound quality was just through the roof, so coming off of that to this I had high expectations. The quality is good, I just expected slightly better. My biggest issue with this product is the lack of CD text on mp3 disks. When connected to your ipod/Bluetooth/jump drive everything displays as is, but never with the mp3 discs. Good all-together though for the price paid, would recommend to maybe a slightly more basic car setup.

  • This is a good head unit. My only downfalls with it are it's limited bluetooth range. Once outside that car with your phone, the music starts to cut out. Other than that it works perfectly.

  • This unit was wonderful for 3 months . Then it just went black and now I have my best Pantera CD stuck in the thing. I guess I was a unlucky one to get a dud.
