I have a 2010 crew cab Ram 1500 Sport with the 60/40 rear seat and this box fits perfectly. Of course I had to remove my under seat storage covers but did not have to lift the rear seat with spacers or cut out any carpet from the storage wells (or lose the use of the cup holders) like you do with some other Ram truck boxes. This enclosure is very well designed and put together with a nice thick coating of tough bedliner spray covering the exterior. It fits snug and secure under the seat and looks great. It's a rear vented box with .92 cubic ft of air space per side so I installed two 12" Planet Audio PX12 shallow mount subwoofers that are designed for smaller airspace enclosures. I put some poly fill batting in the box to smooth out the response. I'm running a 1000W mono subwoofer amp into this setup. This box hits surprisingly hard and low... I was expecting less since it's not a very big box and the woofers are covered by the rear seat. It won't shake the neighborhood, but it's a solid performer in the cab for sure.
