this eq will help out any head unit or amp that it is hooked up toor bass is louder and more controllable and your highs perfect. If you have a system that alright it will make it a better one with more control
I've used these in a few systems before, dating all the way to over 10 years ago! I guess such a good design doesn't need to be changed. The sliders are very tiny, but once you manage to get it set, it's not a problem any more. This is a great product to flatten out the frequency response to any car.
Simple put..... If you are willing to pay the price, you won't be disappointed!!!
THIS EQ IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER BAUGHT and USED IN MY CAR. IF I EVER HAD TO BUY ANOTHER EQ AGAIN IT WOULD BE THIS ONE. EVEN IF IT DISCONTINUES, I WOULD STILL TRY TO FIND IT SOMEHOW.
I've used this EQ twice, and I've got to say I may use it a third time in my new car. This eq is great with graphic and parametric equalization, and control for front, rear, and sub operation. The subwoofer defeat switch is great too when there are cops around.
This is an excellent equalizer. When I bought this EQ, I was looking for something to give me more control or adjustment of my system. This 9 band EQ does it all. I plan on using this EQ in my next vehicle.
There is no other per amp than can compare to this one. It is Raw Kenwood quality at it's finest. The frequency range perfect, and can be adjusted using the two circle knobs. the line drive on the sub is exceptional.
If you want a good EQ there really is no other choice. I've tried other EQ's like clarion and it just could not compare. I've used this EQ on all of my rides you just can't go wrong with kenwood.
