a great sub at a great price
Ive been installing systems for years, I have had Rockfords new and old, JL audio, Infinity, and MTX. JL used to be my favorate but now Alpine is. these things hit hard i had two in mt truck but had to take one out because they were way to powerful. Even one is way more then plenty powerful. I only have about 150w rms going to it.
Sweet sub. I have a kenwood 1000watt max amp pushing two of them. I listen to alot of rock and they push a nice range of bass.
These are great subs. I have 2 of them in the factory Alpine box powered by an Alpine MRP-M350 mono amp and they sound awesome. The sound quality is precise and they hit hard as hell.
These r the best subs that I have ever heard for this price......they hit pretty hard with a fosgate 700 peak/200 rms amp.....
i had gone through alot of subs such as jl audio:w3,w1-mtx blue thunder-fosgate subs-audiobahns....but none of these cannot compete with my 2 alpine type s.u dont even need alot of power 4 it....these subs r great for the price and reliability...so i recomend u get these subs then any other kind...
THESE SUBS ARE GREAT!! Dont spend the extra money on the type r subs they are loud, but i have 2 of the subs in my nissan xterra with a ported box. These are the best subs that you can buy for 90 bucks ever.
Subs are great, I replaced my MTX Thunder 6000 with them they push out some reallly nice bass, which it would get louder, at points when you turn the Headunit up to far the bass just stops pushing out more and the interiors get louder only. But still Crazy amounts of bass and HUGE improvement from my last set of subs.. i have a Phoenix Gold Xenon 600.1 amp powering these babys (yeah I have 2)
Great little subwoofer, I have 2 of these hooked up to a ( Alpine MRD - M605 class D ) amplifier, This subwoofer comes with the short bananna jumpers ( 2 each ) and screw hole cover gaskets for a great looking install. I have these mounted in an ( optimal / per Alpine ) 1 cu feet sealed ( each ) box and for the price they are some really nice little 10's, I chose to take full advantage of spliting the ( 600 rms ( total ) 300 rms ( each ) of the MRP - M605 Alpine digital amplifier and am quite happy knowing I hooked it up right. Buy this / these subs if your going to supply them right and wire them correctly and let Alpine Car Audio and Online Car Stereo give you a combo thats gonna take it up a notch without emptying your bank account !
