    Thanks for that troublshooting tip since I did the same thing. They really shouldnt use a cable that is universal for both sides. You are asking for trouble!

    great little unit. easy to activate, easy to use. only problem I had was the technitian that installed it, put the cable into the "input" plug, instead of the "output" so it took me a bit of trouble shooting to find out why everything appeared to be working, but was getting no sound!
