i have 2 of these in my dakota sitting on the back seat in a folded horn box. Sound awsome. Have a 1500 watt amp set up to 2 ohm and sending 750 watts to each on. Very impressed by these subs.
These speaker's are great i had one 12" with a jl audio 500/1 in a 2000 accord coupe it dropped very hard i was amazed at the sound i allso had diamd audio door speaker's and on the rear deck with a 300/4 jl audio and it was the best sound quality i have ever hade diamond audio is a must get
i got a jl a1800 pushin two in my whip and these speakers really have a crisp bass if you wire them correctly. not the loudest but deff. up there in the clearest. would deff recommend.
i have two of these in my 2007 impala hooked up to a diamond d3 1000.1 amp and i have blown 4 of these subs already. so either the amp kicks ass. or the subs can't handle what they say. I just glad my audio shop does free replacements if you blow your subs up.
i have 2 12" in my nissan xterra powered by a power acoustic amp running at 360RMS to both subs this shit pounds real hard
i have 2 of these in my stratus in a box thats way to big for then an they sist to hit harder than my frinds 2 12 i only have 1600 watts going to them with an ssl amp an they wake the nabors anytim im around even around the corner
these are good subs i have 2 of these hooked up to my mtx5601 thunder amp pushin 791watts out cause i have the amp dynoed it sounds baddass these are my second favorite subs for the price my favorite is the alpine type r because they are under rated my cuz was runnin 2 with 1200watts to each and lets just say damn
I have two 12inch D-3's in a vented box in my 99 dodge neon powered off a rockford fosgate 325.1 mono amp and they hit freaking hard... I have also installed 5 in a mazda mx-6 and they pounded the crap out of my friends car....love the diamonds best sound
i had 2 12's set in a seal enclosure and they slapped hard, swapped the box for a ported enclosure and then they showed there true colors, these subs are great for the money, but u will end up wanting more, I suggest the d6 12 u cant miss
This is a killer sub. Have one in a nissan hard body pickup, runing off a m500 alpine amp. Thats one of the best amps 4 clean power I have seen out there.The sub dosent need a big box 1cu foot of air in a sealed box a 2 cu foot in a ported. Takes about a week or so to break it in. Great speaker, needs a good clean amp. And only run this sub at no more than, 500, clean rms or u will be looking 4 a new sub. If u folow this u cant go rong, it will hit depp and hard and the excurtoin will blow ur mind.
I have 2 12" diamond audio D312 D2.2 subs and they are in a ported kicker compR box and I have a old school kicker ZX1500.1 amp on them and I'm telling you right now these or the hardest hitting subs I've ever owned ?? ?? I wish I could get 2 more of these D3's man I would recommend diamond audio to everyone I can awesome system
