other than being large for the price it helps out a lot and compared to bat caps or other batterys it is a lot more dense and seems more well built huge improvment
This battery is the shizit. It has tremendously improved my power capacity. i have a 2005 pontiac bonneville gxp and with 2 premier 12s and all the video i have this the only battery. i dont have any other battery this one does the job. try it you will need two if you play yopur music with the key back for awhile but i get a good 2 hours at half volume.
This is my third battery I also have a 1400 and a 2400 in the trunk.The 1800 is under the hood.Way better than oltima batteries. I always buy online quick delivery and always satisfide with the product.
I have 2 of these hooked up in my trailblazer with a 300 amp alt and a Hifonics BXI 2610D and a alpine f345 amp, hifonics olympus 15 and my lights do not dim one bit and my voltage ner drops on my gauge only a meter would show a drop in voltage, these are IMO the best batteries for car audio.
Best value and almost the best pricing available here... I had a Optima deep cycle and my lights dim like crazy.. Put this bad boy in and it was gone.. I have to get the BIG 3 upgraded soon though...
great battery!!!! i have (2)ji audio 12w3v2,mtx 6500d,mtx 6304,audiocontrl 3xs crossover alpine mid/highs kenwood x493 cd player and a 40 farad capacitor.lighs never dim and votlage never drops around 14.2 volts. I am use 1/0 ga power/ground and 4ga on ampsthis battery!!!
These power cells are nice im getting my 3rd one for my mustang, 2/0G welding cable, big 3, rockford fosgate T2500 bdcp, one 18'' Fi SP4, DC power alt 270xp. No mids or highs just yet. Head unit on the way Pioneer DEH-84prs. Hit a 147.7 windows up.
I have this battery as my only battery in my 2004 silverado single cab. My alternator is the factory 105 amp. I was having issues with my lights dimming before I replaced my old battery with this one. I have done the big 3 upgrade. My system consists of a hifonics BRX1600.1d mono amp powering an alpine swr10d4 subwoofer at 2ohms and 1200 watts rms. Also a power acoustik ps2-800 2 channel old school amp powering alpine spr60c component speakers with 150 watts rms @ 4 ohms. I have 2 #4 welding wire feeding my mono amp and 1 #4 feeding my 2 channel amp. I have no issues with power. It stays at around 13.9 volts to 14.4. This battery definately solved my problems. It is recommended that you trickle charge any a.g.m. battery for proper maintenance so that it gets a full charge and lasts longer. Probably at least once a week should do the job. Excellant battery. If you need one it is probably the best brand.
