Product Reviews For Alpine SBR-122CR

  • my local car audio dealer loaned me one of these until my box could be built for my Rockford Fosgate power hx2 10". after using it for the weekend i bought it and sold my, twice as expensive, hx2. the sound quality and bass is unbleievable. and you can use half to power to drive it. i went form two jl audio 250's, to one. and it produces twice the bass as the hx2 did with the two. you can go wrong with this ....

  • I have this system running 350watts RMS with an Alpine 301 digital @ 2OHMS and it is amazingly precise. Just what you would expect from a ported enclosure. Did I mention loud as hell? I can't believe one 10" sub can sound so well, but it does!

  • Not the loudest sub out there but sounds really good for the price. Nice bump if you dont wanna blow your car apart.

  • Um...WOW. I have a 200W rms 4ohm alpine amp powering this bad boy. the speaker is wired 2ohm so the amp output is above 200W rms. this one speaker produces more bass than i need in a jeep cherokee. this thing is loud, deep and undistorted. it replaced 2 fosgate 12" in a sealed box. takes up less room and sounds much better than the fosgates. no complaints at all.

  • This sub is good, period. I've got one of these running off an Alpine mrp-m350. It puts out 350 watts and this sub takes it easy. Clarity is great and there's plenty of spl in it as well. Great buy.

  • I have one of these in my Durango (with a 350W Alpine amp) and it is unbelievable. My little brother has 2 12" RF speakers in his Jeep Cherokee and my sub blows them away. I don't know how Alpine did it, but it is awesome!!
