If you're extremely cramped for space, check out the Bazookas. You can drop this tube in the smallest of spaces. However, the bass response is fairly weak. You can upgrade and get the 10" tube, but that's just too expensive for what you're getting. If you have the space, go with a separate amp/sub enclosure setup. It may cost a little more, but the sound will be 100 times better. I also had the remote control, and that was pretty much worthless. The sub was only noticable when the level was turned all the way up.
Rocks, does what I need it to do - did not want to use the space a seperate sub and amp would take. So this was the best bet - Plus it gives my system all the low tones I need. Great for Classic Rock Tunes.
First of all this sub sounds its best if in a small cab pickup, I have a 1993 Ford Ranger std. cab and I took out my center console to put my sub there. It can definately make your ears hurt and it hits hard and low, you can hear it inside a house if the car/trucks in the driveway and it sure as hell can annoy neighbors or anyone at a stop light trust me haha. Great buy and great deal, even though its cheap it comes with everything you need.
sounds good in my 06 F150 reg cab not head turning but it gives a deep rich bass to a factory system..the better mounting brackets, the straps that come with it suck
