This amp is pushing two 12" dvc infinity perfects and let me tell you the bass is amazing. I have my gains turned up only about half way and it pounds so hard but stays clean and doesn't distort. The wiring scheme is easy and the eq features are laid out very logically. This amp deserves more of a 9.5 rating. I would definetly recommend this amp to anyone who wants deep loud bass.

i have to agree with the last review this amp is perfect for the Q-line i have it running the QSD164 woofer with the QSD210's x-overs and tweets i hope to soon have it running the full 3-way system, the amp has more than nuff power and doesn't even get warm in my install, my xtant 301a gets so hot that it could burn u and the 2400 set up to keep up w/ the 301a doesn't break a sweat, def. an awesum amp from my point of view, the only down side is the end caps that won't allow u to just mount it on a flat wall and use them but i gut over that real quick
Great Amp! Ive got 3 and about to order another 2, so I can run 1 to each of my 4 fosgate power series 1's and 1 for 4 mb quart 6x9's. Great 4 highs or bass! Great Quality, Power, and Excellent Price! Well worth Every Penny!
I ran these to both kickers L7s and to components...and surprisingly they're clean and hit hard, hardly run hot or shut off, just the lights blink when i push them, but that's what they're meant for...pretty much rockford fosgates underneath.
nice amp pumps out amazing sound but keep in a well ventilated area this amp will blow due to the heat it puts off i would recomend for trucks and suv but id would keep away from small car ill never buy one again
First of all, to all who complain of heat problems, I would make sure that you've got your speakers hooked up at the correct resistance because if it's too low, any amp will become hot. As long as you got everything all hooked up right, don't mount it upside down or under carpeting etc..., and aren't driving the amp to clipping constantly (when the yellow clipping light it str8 up on, not just blinking, which is really loud by the way), heat is not an issue. This amp will outperform any amp you could find for twice what you'll pay for it both in spl and sound quality. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants crystal clear sound both at regular listening levels and when cranking it up. Just measure before you buy it to make sure you got room, especially if you're buying a couple, and the controls are on the top under the plate with MBQuart written on it, so you'll need access to that too.
I have the RAA1000 AND RAA4200 and all I can say is that they're clean efficient, and powerful. Drove my friends L7's without clipping.
I've got 6 of these amps and they r The Very Best u can buy for this price. I hope I can get enough $$ to buy about 4 more b4 they r all gone at this price!
these amps are by far the best two channel amps i have ever owned. i had two running a pair of 15" audiopipe eye candy and they slammed. I currently have one running a pair of 18" jl w3's yes 18's and it sounds amazing. The closest amp ive had to compare was a kicker zr1000.
