I have a pair of these in my Camaro, all I can say is WOW! Switching from 6/9's to these 6 1/2 components was the best decision ever. Seperating the tweeter and woofer makes a difference. I'm sure you can buy higher end speakers, but with only 2 ohm impedance and 95 sensitivity, you CANT go wrong. I have a 700.5 Kicker powering the pair of 6 1/2's and a pair of the high end 4/6 kappa's. These components are CRYSTAL CLEAR no matter how loud you get them. NO REGRETS! I'll be purchasing Infinity components for a long time.
All I can say is awesome..... I have had mb quartz and i went with these this time and they rock. mids and highs sound great. You must have a amp to here how good they sound. 75 watts a piece is perfect. for the money they are a great buy i would recommend them to anyone
I have a set of these in my Grand AM GT and these things sound awesome. I have these in the back and Infinity KAPPA 462.7cfp 4x6 in the front. I'm running an Alpine V12 MRV-F545 amp and these scream so good! Love these speakers! Definitely gotta hear these!
I GOT 2 SETS IN MY 2003 TRAILBLAZER POWERED BY A 1000-4 PPI AMP AND THESE SPEAKERS ARE SO CLEAR AND LOUD EVERY BODY WANTS TO KNOW WHAT I HAVE IN MY TRUCK . I HAVE 2 LANZAR OPTI 1232D SUBS AND A LANZAR OPTI 2000D MONO AMP FOR THE BASS IS A LOUD AND CLEAR SYSTEM FOR LESS THEN 1800.00 THANKS TO ONLINECARSTEREO.
These speakers are fantastic for sound quality. They don't handle as much power as i would like, but great sound.
Wow. I've owned an older version of the same speakers and man they were awesome. Now it's time to upgrade and I can't believe the improvements infinity has made. Best component set I've owned. Graet job Infinity
These speakers are great. I would recommend a good EQ, the tweeters need to be controlled. I would also recommend a subwoofer, there is not a lot of mid bass. Overall a good buy.
Well I bought these since my current speakers had the crossovers die after a little over a year. I had JL Audio XR-650 CSi, which I was very happy with. Being back in grad school I don't have the funds to buy another set. So I went with these and wasn't disappointed. Though I had my doubts when installing them, mostly since they didn't look or feel as durable as the JLs. But they play as close, if not as clearly as the JLs so I'm more than happy.
Increadable speakers, inpecable sound quality, and for the guy who says they can't handle watts, clean up your input singnal and it can handle all you can throw at it. Only downer for my install was figuring out where to put the passive crossover that kept it clean and cool in my 1996 Chev Tahoe.
