I also only have one with an amp to match. This thing rapes make sure you got it powered and in the right size box...
I got 2 of this subs in a 99 ford crown vic on a hifonics 1606d amp givin each sub 500 watts and this things pound, they have my whole house shakin, but this things love power so the bigger the amp u got on them the better I just ordered a thrid sub and a power acoustic 5500d amp to put in this car u will not find another spl sub for the price or a sub that can handle this much power and still sound good. Great great sub the best sub out on the market, fosgate and kicker can't even compare to this sub
got two of these subs with two 1000/1v2 JL AMPS AND DAAMMMM thought they would burn up or blow on me but they haven't in the last 8 month i had them but bout to buy two more so watch out
I had one in a sealed box. At first is sound ed good then it all went down hill from there. The sub was gettin hot and was it was never loud. The sub was stinking and I took it out of the box and the whole sub was pertty warm. I took it back .

I got two for these on a hifonics 2000 Watt in a 98 Durango and damn.... I bought a ported pro box and blew the top off of it... I got a bigger box and now my doors rattle bad....great for the price...handle lots of power

i had two of these in a 97 Pontiac Boniville. Had i hooked up to a 4000 watt quantum audio amp. These subs hit harder than anything i have ever owned.
These subs are extremly loud especially for deep bass.. Subs differ n wat kind of bass they hit harder with.. These wont make softbass good thats its only weaknesss.. But for the powerful bass hell yeah!! I have 2 of these on a silverado pick up facing frontward on a quantum amp and man these wang sillly i would defimately recommand it especially for the price.. Make sure the box is right and definately throw a good enough stereo at least 50x4 no stocked radio!! Big difference..
I have four of these in a custom box, running a logic 4 channel amp, these subs hit hard, my car seems like it's going to fall apart lol!
I have four of these built into the back seat of an "87 cutlass playing on hifonics colossus and after buying a window I kno that I can't play to the fullest with the windows up. The amp is not playing the speakers to there fullest so I'm lookin into to the maxxixas. Pionner made a good speaker when they made this one and OCA have them at a price u can't beat!!
I have one of these in my 05 C230 benz with the GM-D8500 1200 watt mono block amp. This thing can handle everything I throw at it. Biggest problem is my car trunk is so well built it won't let all the sound in the cabin. Heavy metal music or hardcore rap sub POUNDS!!!
I have one of th I have one of these except 2ohm model and a pioneer GM-D8400 amp runnin 600rms at 2ohms and it hounds in my ford ranger ext. cab i love it sounds great i got a kenwood headunit and kenwood 6x8s all around with this sub in a ported box ese.
Subs take a beating with no troubkes. Have had these subs for about a year pushing about 2200 rms at .5 ohm and they sounds great, they dont pick up some of the highs but get good sounding lows all day.
I like deep bass and they give me that. There are some kicks and notes it doesn't do well but on the notes they're made for, is clear. I use a pioneer 1200w rms amp with mine but I never wire my speakers to be lower than 4ohms so I'm only at 800w which is still quite powerful. My nephew was/is a kicker fan but once he heard these in my car, he got a pair too over kicker L7. He uses a more powerful hiphonics Brutus amp. They sound best in a ported box. People say their ears pop in the front seat and they feel it in their chest in the back seat.
I have a Pontiac G6 I have a pioneer double dim head and 6.75 TSD1703c in front and TSD1702r in back and 2 of these subs 12 " wired to 1 ohms and a hifonics 5 channel 60 x 4 and 1000 x1 @ 1 ohms .People love the sound my car has I have been doing car audio for 30 years now and a shop in Fort Collins has been doing it longer than that and he said it is one of the best around for sound . I ,ie my music loud not to loud any more but louder than all my friends for sure and this set up does great . I have had all kinds of car audio over the years you name it I have had it some time and I an=m telling you this newer pioneer stuff is good if you know how to set it up :)
