If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist
within 7 days of delivery at 310-526-8635. Please supply the Specialist with your
order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail.
The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. www.OnlineCarStereo.com
will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover
shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer
Service Specialist immediately at 310-526-8635. Please have your order number available
when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Please read our Returns and Exchange policies for further details.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization
Number for any warranty product please call us at 310-526-8635, 310-360-8828, or
you can fax us at 323-446-7394. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement,
refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must
be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number
displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid.
A copy of the OnlineCarStereo.com invoice must be included with all returns for
credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, minus shipping and handling.
Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at
the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is
included with the return, Online Car Stereo will issue credit at the current selling
price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned
complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged
packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories
(i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement
of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not
be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the
same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
Please Note: Refusing a package without prior approval
from our customer service department will result in double shipping charges and
up to 7% restocking fee. If your order was shipped for free you’ll be charged double
the rate of our standard ground shipping plus 7% restocking fee.
OnlineCarStereo.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speakers submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. Online Car Stereo shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend having all car stereo equipment professionally installed. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
