I have this beast hooked up to 2 soundstream T-5 12 in a ported box and it is basically melting my 5 farad capacitorslams so hard and sends the tightest most compressed style of bass threw my subs. doesnt get hot but it stays warm because its power hungry. If you dont give it at least 14 volts the brut wont even be trying
I have one of these on four kicker comp cvr's and boy does it make them hit. To bad I got it over priced compare to this web site this is the greatest web site best in quality and price to bad I didn't know about this site sooner
This is a good amp, it had a lot to live up to as i had a blaupunkt BD2 before this and it used to really thump so i was expecting similar performance and i'm glad to say it does deliver. It is small in size compared to other 2000wrms+ amps but it doesn't take away from the overall performance. There is no external fuses so you should connect your own. I've run 0awg cable and installed at 200amp fuse near the amp as well as near the battery. It needs fine tuning with the settings, but overall its a good amp, not quite up there with the big names (RE, Alpine, DLS) but you'll never get this much power from those amps at these prices so probably the best amp in the league below those "big shots".
i have this amp hooked up to 2 15" kicker L7's wired down to 1 ohm. and its crazy. i only have the gain at half way because im letting the amp break in and im letting the woofers break in, so i cant wait till i can turn the gain up all the way and really see what im dealing with! this amp for the price is a beast. deff worth the money. because of this amp i have the hardest knock in Islip! all i have to say is i hope you have some good subs to handle this amp.
