This amp is awesome. It makes tons of power. It has an unregulated power supply, so the more voltage you feed it the more power it makes. This amp is way too strong for my single 12" sub, so I'm thinking about gettting 4 15's to hook up to this bad boy.
Had this amp hooked up at a .75ohm load running 2 15" FI Audio BL's. They hit so hard that it actually moved your clothes outside of the car 5 feet away and made all my seat-belts lock up while driving like we were always about to crash. Didn't come with a bassknob (Even though it was supposed to) but it's not really needed. Puts out a true 3000watts rms and requires 1/0 awg and a 300amp fuse with spare battery to run it. If you want SPL on a budget, this is your amp!
The sound quality is very good. Very clean bass notes. It has a GREAT amount of power. The amp creates some heat on the heatsink, gets kinda hot. But than again its creating more power than a space heater...more than twice the amount of power than most heaters. So its runs cool for the amount of power it creates. Pushing Orion HCCA 15.2 and it is DESTROYING my car.
the gp3000d pro is a hard hitting amp. I have it hooked up to 2 t3 audio 15's . The subs still need more power and I'm purchasing another one to link them together. Then it will SLAMMIN.
this amp is the best amp ive ever owned out did the tbd1500 fosgate i had by a long shot, this thing will kill your car you need atleast a 200 amp alt. pushing one 15" old model btl it easily sets off car alarms. it also pushes this woofer to the max it really does rated power, and sound quality wise there was no difference between this and the fosgate
i have 2 of these installed running 2 15" orion HCCA's and the truck is nuts people say its hard to even breath in the truck they have been taking a beating from day 1 and still going u will need more power to feed them but they put out alot of power they do 3000rms all day long @14volts and can do 4000+ on a 16volt system
man this is the sleeper of the year. for the money, it's in a class of it's own. It recommends a 300 amp fuse so this is not a play-play amp. you'll need aleast a 200 amp alternator and 2 deep-cycle batteries, and of course 0 gauge power wire and some subs that can handle 3000 watts rms. i love mine, unbeliveble amounts of power this amp has, so you go do your own comparision and you'll find out that for the money you can't beat this crunch amp
do not hesitate to buy this amp! this is not your typical crunch product, this was made to specifically to help rid crunch of its bad name and it does an unbelievable job, u MUST have an upgraded electrical system this amp hangs with the big name brands with out havin to pay the big name price tag what more could u ask for?!
