This amp is the BEST out there you could buy JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate but something equivalent to this is going to cost at LEAST a grand. My hats off to you Audiobahn you did it again.
ehhh, not impressed, itll make ur subs hit hard, but sound quality, ehhh, not as good of a sound quality as something like an alpine, maybe more powerful, but in having that power an amp must be able to produce a good tone even at those high of volumes. this amp isnt that great with overall sound quality as alpines are in my opinion
Ive got one of these hooked to two 1206's and I can take any one except my friend who has one running a 1508. Totally recommended if you need a lot of power and don't want to spend a ton. What can I say, it's Audiobahn.
This definatly the amp for someone who want pound. this amp will THUMP but the sound quality isnt too great and they DO NOT last long. i bought one in february and hooked it up in my car...everything perfecty. i had more bass than neone but it completly stopped working in july. this amp lasted 6 months! i did send off for a new one at no cost to me but if u have the money for a better brand i would recommend something a little more expensive.
LOOKS ARENT EVERY THING! It look great the raitings are great BUT the sound power and quality arent that great. If I could go back I wouldnt go with audiobahn. not worth the money.. at all
This is a great amp for the money... its stable at 1 ohm and its pounds like no other. if you want bass this is the amp. but you need alot of power to make it sound good... this thing is very hungry. eaither like 10-20 caps or at least 2 bat's lol
I have two AW1206T's hooked up to this amp at 1 ohm. This amp has all of the features you need and make these subs pound. This amp as great sound quality at high or low tones. The only way to have bad sound quality is to have the wrong box size for your subs. You will need at least one extra battery to power the amp.
This has all the power you will ever need.But it takes a lot of power to run it. If you are going to run it at a low ohm rating be shure to add a battery. Other than being over sized its a good amp!!!
I have heard this amp on 2 KickerL7 15"s and it beats the shit out of them in a 1999 Escalade SUV knocks pictures of peoples walls and wakes everybody up in your hood when it passes through.
this amp is badass and i recommend it to anyone. its spendy but worth it in the long run. it will push just about any sub you hook up. its a little big
This amp will give you a big bang for your buck. I've been running 2 of these amps for a couple months. They push 2 W7 13.5 @ 1ohm 161.3db. As for Tyler, I guess you didn't hook it up right, STUPID. I have three red top batts, 8 single Farad caps, wired with 2/0 and 1/0ga cable on a 250A alt. I had stalled the engine in my Hyundai a few times by turning the vol up too high before upgrading the alt.
It's Audiobahn... If you want loud or high spl you buy Audiobahn, American Bass, and Crossfire. If you compete or just crank it..this amp. If you want high SQ (sound quality) buy MB Quart, Eclipse, Alpine, or Polk
I used to Run audiobahn and this was one of my favorite amp. If that guy with the 2 12 kickers thinks the amps the issue try using real audiobahn speackers with that audiobahn amp. You can not use a good amp with crap kicker. I stop using kicker years ago after that free air crap. This Amp is badass trust me.
i have the 1300hct and two 1206 woofers and they suck i am going back to rockfordfosgate /
the 1500hct would knock yo draws off wit some 15inch kicker cvrs in a sealed box, till it got stolen. i wouldn buy again, it had minor over heating issues. This can be fix by running at 2 or 4 ohm load
