really good for useing with a hight power head unit
This is a very good speaker. I have these and the rev 6x9s send 160 to each. Sounds very clean. can take high amounts of power. more power to them the cleaner they are
The best speaker I ever heard
This set is very nice for the money. Highs aren't tinny, but very smooth. Mids are punchy if you send a clean signal and enough power. Be sure to use a nice amp and a good set of rca's. I send 100w to each w/ MBQuart RAA4200 and I couldn't be happier with the output of these components.
I have a pair of these in my kick panels, 100% Sound Quality they're hooked up to 300/4 JL Audio Amp and they sound better than a JL Audio Component Syst.
Guys all I can say is that I have these speakers up front and REV coaxials 6-1/2 in the rear running off my Pioneer HU only and the sound is awesome. I plan to add the new Pioneer Premier PRS-D4000F and switch out my HU with the new DEH-9800BT when it is released. Pioneer all the way is what I say!!!
Im very impressed with these speakers, I dont have an amp as yet, and cant believe how good it sounds running off the deck, very good bass, and very detailed with those fairly bright tweeters.
Yeah these speakers are pretty amazing. I have these in the front, and the Pioneer REV 6X9's in the back running off of a Pyle 2000 Watt 6 channel. I forget which setting, but eventually im gonna bridge the other two channels to power a 12" JL. But yea these speakers kick out nothing but insanely clean bass, mids, and highs from the tweeters. Excellent value, really can't be beat for the price. Although my buddy has a set of the old Premiers with Kevlar cones and it sounds somewhat cleaner, but not justifiably by the price. Buy this and be happy.
The pioneer components have good quality soud but the only thing that will burn automatactly are the tweeters,they are very poor quality. I hsd another pair of tweeters from kicker, they work pretty good.
Yes! It's a very good product. I installed them on my Escape. The sounds are very clearly in Woofer, Mid and tweeter. Very good product and I'll introduce to my friends.
