I swear that these speakers are FANTASTIC. I had Phoenix Gold subs prior to these and that was a big mistake buying those. Lets just say they were bad. I saw these Boss Audio subs for sale and saw that they were a good price but I knew that all Boss Audio products were rather cheaply priced but I had absolutly no clue about the quality of these. I was scepticl of buying these so I decided to ask my friend who works at a car audio shop about the overal quality of Boss Audio products. He said that they are pretty decent quality but he reccomended that I put something like Pioneers or Rockford Fosgates in my ride, or if I wanted to spend the money on MTX put those in. I was real eager to find out what really Boss Audio products were made of and to see how well they performed and what kind of a value they had for being priced so cheap. I ordered them and a Lanzar 2-channel 1400W amp and a Boss Audio 1 farad capacitor. I had my friend install all of this equipment and before I went back to pickup my car he said that he was ancscious to hear these. He was amazed buy the sound and bass that these subs put out. I did not know if he was joking or not so I started my car up and put some Metallica on to see if they could handle REAL bass. He was not lying these subs kick a$$-no lie. I was speechless to hear the sound quality-amazing. A few months back I had heard those 15 inch MTX subs that go for hundreds each-the sound of these ( 2 of them) was seriously on par with those. You're probably saying to yourself that this guy is full of $hit but I'm telling you the truth-these are GREAT subs. I would reccomend these any day orver anything-try them they are worth a shot-$50 bucks a piece you can't go wrong I paid 63 for these. Once again I must say these are incredible a best buy among subs guarentee. Later.
Great woofers they sound real good on my lanzar amp. a steal at 49 bucks. u can get these really thumpin
Great value. I put this sub in an off-the-shelf 1^3ft sealed enclosure with 500w of RF power going to it and wow! It sounds better and better the more it breaks in.
