This is the best sub EVER! i have 4 on my escalade and they rock!
-
really good woofers i got 2 on my sierra and it shakes the cab

I have a pair of these subs on a 2500watt amp and this is a really good speaker but for your money I would buy a pair of the 12" subs, there is not a big difference in the bang.

I had one of these on a t2001bd rockford fosgate amp, gave it propper power and in my opinion it wasted it. I had the box custom made, oversized for more spl, didnt cut the cheese, I know have a rockford fosgate t2 and it rocks the hell out of anything this thing could have down and sounds way better doing it

i had 15" audiobahn in a proper vented box (followed by the manual). All the wiring was done properly and I was pushing around 1400-1500 rms into it (thats how much my kicker 1200.1 does). After listening to it full volume for about a month it blow up. Quality was not the best even though this sub gets really loud.

pricey, but in a 6 cubic foot box with a 90 square inch vent at 16 inches long. This tuning is for 40 hz and will allow a bass boost of 6 db @ 45 hz for reliable quaking. A pair in a 2005 yukon denali with a single hk8002 ma audio amplifier yielding 4400 watts rms is consistantly hitting 153.5 -154 db on the new mic with a burned mp3 disc! If you are blowing these up, you must be hitting them with loads of distortion.
