Have two on the boat powered by a Kenwood KAC-8105D 1000w amplifier, along with four deck-powered Pyle PDWR40W speakers. Fried the first two subs pretty quickly, but down-ampering the sub-amp 12 volt protection fuses from the rated 30 amps to 20, and moderating my excessive thirst for ground-pounding sound have kept these babies rocking with no issues for months. I don't expect them to last forever but for only $20 each I bought spares. The spade terminals are pretty flimsy as can be expected, but I haven't broken any yet. Hopefully I'll get another season or two usage from them.
