No modifications all to provide a simple and easy install, with 200 Watts RMS and 8-channel Amplifier support. 10" Powered Subwoofer is molded to a vehicle specific subwoofer enclosure.
The amplified sub is mounted behind the rear passenger seat 32-bit DSP tuned specifically for the vehicl.
