got 2 of these in a custom built non divided dual ported box (3.96 cubic feet) in the rear hatch area of my 01 formula firebird. powered by a lanzar dct5001d (5000 watt) amp and have a lanzar vcap3000 (30 farad) hybrid capacitor. with my pioneer head unit and the amp tuned to max bass i have managed to shake my ride to the point that i now have to replace both outside mirrors (broken supports) and also the rear hatch latch (bent all to hell). the capacitor is junk, dont buy it. mine worked for about 2 weeks then went out. the amp is powerful and full of nice tweaks to get the sound desired. the subs are just plain awesome. the lows are so deep and powerful that it makes my ears and jaws ache after only a few seconds. to sum it all up, if you want to break your car and piss off every neighbor on the block, get these subs and make sure to add more space than the suggested box sizes. at least double the cubic feet and throw an amp that is a monster at them, believe me, they can handle it easily. oh, and 1 more note to those that have t-tops. if its raining and your junk didnt leak before, turn down these subs or you will get wet from the roof flexing and the seals on the glass becoming unseated with each beat. dont find out the hard way like i did.

I purchased two of these speakers from onlinecarstereo. I would like to comment on this website and the people at the office are VERY Helpful, they delivered my product like Promised. The prices on the website are unbeatable. These two speakers bump so hard in my trailblazer. I have a Class D 1800 Watt Audiopipe Amp and I wired both of these speakers at 2 ohms. Make sure you wire these speakers at 2 ohms. I am very happy with these speakers but my neighbors hate it so i turn down the stereo when i get a block away if you want some speakers that will Shake everything in your house while your sitting in your vehicle get these and get the 1800 Watt Class D amp by audiopipe you will not be dissappointed.
