I really like this JVC unit. I have wanted to put in something that accomodated my cassette collection as well as my CDs. The sound is great and makes the factory installed speakers in my 2006 Hyundai Elantra GT sound like a concert hall. The design blends into my dash like it was made to be there. Some of the buttons are a little hard to read but once you get used to them it is easy. I do wish it had a title readout for the CDs. My installer said it was very easy to put in, and the remote is very handy and user friendly. I think I made a great choice.
Great classic look. Chrome volume knob is great. Love the multi color display an eq. Radio, cds, an cassettes sound clear an loud. I hooked up my subs thru the gold plated pre out an they sound fantastic. I traded in my new sony to get this unit an im glad i did. the double din fills the space in my honda great. Deffinate recommended purchase!
Bought mine 3 yaers ago and still work as good as the day I installed it. Great value. Needs a better equalizer setting but still sounds great.
This JVC unit is the best stereo for my 1995 Ford Ranger extended cab 4-wheel drive.On regular roads you can play cd's .But when your offroad cd's will skip.Slap a tape in there and your good to go with no problems got the best of both worlds.To make the best out of this unit I'm adding a 12 disc changer. It could use a better EQ but it still works greatworks mint in a 4 wheel drive. If you like a no hasal deck,this is the unit I would recommend to anybody.
