This sub hits hard. I have an Orion 1400 d at 1 ohm hooked up to this sub. I cannot believe the way one 12 sounds. Everybody that hears my system thinks I have 2 15's but it is one 12 in a ported box. I recommend this sub to people that do not want an hcca. I had a hcca 15 and it destroyed my car . This sub is just perfect it will not damage your car but it flexes pretty good. Get a custom ported box.
